i) PCl5 has 5 bond pairs and 0lone pairs thus according to VSEPRT it has traigonal bipyramidal structure. Pic is included for reference.

ii) ClF3 has three bond pairs and 2lone pairs. Ideal shape for 5 electron pairs is trigonal bipyramidal but due to lp-bp repulsion, the structure is T shaped. Pic is included.

iii) XeF4 has 4bp and 2 lp. Total electron pairs = 6. Ideal shape should be octahedral, but due to two lone pairs, repulsion takes place and structure is square planar. Pic is included please have a look.
