She had been typing all the day........ reason- had been typing is past continues tens

was used in past tens.... not in past continues tens she is typing .. she is still doing that work .....thats why 'was' is wrong for this ans
Was is used in past continuous ... Had been in past perfect continuos

The correct one is SHE HAD BEEN TYPING ALL THE DAY.
REASON: The action took place in the past and was continuing till the present. So it can be said that the tense is past perfect continuous.
❎❎ SHE WAS TYPING ALL THE DAY,will be wrong because this sentence tells that the doer of the action was doing the action in the past, it does not indicate that the Action take place before in the past. ❎❎
