I think there is a mistake in your Question.Yeah, TO must not be there.

Then your answer is.......

"She asked her brother to have his clothes in morning".

Hi Sunil !!

There are two possibilities :-
Either the word" to "should not be there in the question or there should be another word "wear" after the word "to"

*if the word "to" is absent then the sentence will be :-
She told her brother that she wanted his clothes in the morning.

*if the word "wear" is present after "to" then the required sentence is :-
She told her brother that she had wanted to wear his clothes in the morning .
