For wall : length = 20 m

breadth = 7.5 m

For tiles: length = 2 m

breadth = 1 m

Area of wall = 20 × 7.5

= 150 m²

Area of tile = 2 × 1

= 2 m²

a) number of tiles required = area of wall/area of tile

= 150/2

= 75

So, 75 tiles will be required to cover the wall

b) price of 10 tiles = ₹ 100

price of 1 tile = 100/10

= 10

therefore, price of 75 tiles = 75 × 10

= ₹ 750

So, the price of total number of tiles required will be ₹ 750
