Answer:

a) Due to very high pressure and speed of the wind, the water evaporates very fast bringing down the rainfall. This rain brought by the wind causes much destruction, it even harms human life.

b) Strong people the the people who have stead and strong heart, mind and body . They don't worry about wind I.e. difficulties and challenges in life . Wind knows that it could not do anything to them so, it becomes friend with them and hence not harm them.
