short essay on rising traffic problem in cities
Answers
The Actual reason for traffic congestion is because there are all sorts of vehicle on roads, poor road management etc.The population of younger generation is increasing and therefore more people want their own personal transport to get around, hangout, have fun. As the number of vehicles are increasing the chance of congestion also increases. It’s why in smaller towns and villages congestion is almost unheard of.Alternate routes are also a problem. Cities have limited capacity to expand due to poor funding and planning restrictions preventing building on green belt spaces. Cities are forced to work with the routes they already have. If they can’t increase the number of lanes it leads to congestion. So we can solve this issue such as thousands of employees should use company provides buses instead of cars. Small changes can lead to big solution. If we common people co-operate, help, suggest government administration and also if we actively participate in politics and influence decisions and policies , there would be such a great impact on our lives!
Increasing traffic affects local life adversely. Most adverse effects are road accidents which cause both the harm to health and wealth. Most times, due to traffic, people are not able to reach their place at correct time. Many more effects are there like -a lot of noise pollution is created, etc. For all of the above, Government must introduce new and effective laws, so that, all these major problems should not take place.
