Last Sunday a cricket match was played between school team and the team of S.D. School. The match played in the playgrounds of our school. It was a interesting match. Mr. Rakesh Sharma and Rajne Katiyar were the umpires. The match started at 9 a.m.

Our captain won the toss. He decided to bat first. T' opening batsmen of our team batted very well. They may 107 runs. Our players were out after scoring 213 runs; S.D. School did not start well. Three wickets fell 36 runs. We were happy. We were hopeful of our victor but due to the 6th wicket partnership, their score reach 208 runs. We were quite tense.

The one after the other S.D. School lost all the wickets. They could score only 210 runs. So we won't excite match by 3 runs.

Of all the games cricket is most charming. Many people are madly in love with it. Cricket matches are played during winter. A test cricket match takes five days. There are one day matches also. The game of cricket is very popular in England, Australia, West Indies, India, Pakistan, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.

In 2009, I had an occasion to see a test cricket match in Patna.

It was very interesting match between India and Australia. The match was played in the Moinul Haque stadium. Long before the match all tickets had been sold out. A large number of cricket lover had come over to Patna. It was a very big crowd.

This test match in Patna is still fresh in my memory the way the Indian players the night factory to Australia was thrilling. Everybody praised the young Indian side.
