People smoke in public places; does the smoker bother to clean cigarette ash and stubs from the road Washbasins in restaurants are choked, due to foodstuff choking the drain outlets These are various everyday instances. Even a name and shame policy will not work to change people's mindset, and even those using the social media, do they bother to clean their computers Some people are in the habit of using computers while eating,and keyboard becomes a breeding ground for bacteria.
