 Abbé Sieyès, is also known as Emmanuel Joseph Sieyès , he was a French Roman Catholic abbé, clergyman and political writer.His one of the book is " What Is the Third Estate?" .Sieyès was born on 3 May 1749 .Sieyès spent ten years at the seminary of Saint-Sulpice in Paris.
