Why our stomach doesn't burn even if it produces HCL acid?

because the amount of base in our stomach is also same which neutralise the stomach

It is because the bases released in our stomach such as from pancreas, will neutralise the excess acids. Though the stomach contains concentrated HCl, it is released during the time of digestion, and after that, it is neutralised.
