⚫Black soil contains high percentage of humus , phosphoric acid,ammonia and phosphorus.This soil is very fertile and can produce high agricultural yields with it's high moisture story capacity.It is fine textured and clayey in nature.It is black in color as it is formed from lava rocks.Also, highly retentivity of water.

we can grow cotton,jowar,maize ,ragi , tobacco etc. crops in this soil.
