Space lattice can be defined as the regular arrangement of the lattice points which may be atoms or ions or even molecules that shows that arrangement of particles in three dimensions.

Some points to be noted:-

• 1. The 3D view distribution of the component particles of crystal ofbthe different different faces may be setup by the help of X-ray diffraction.

• 2. It is categorised in seven system depending the the symmetry.

• 3. Length of the all crystal system will differ.

• 4. In the cubic and trigonal which is also known as rhombohedral system length remains same.

• 5. Except in the above cases length of all the remaining 5 system differs.
