So the harmful effects of junk food are :-

1-They have very low nutritional value as compared to other food items.
2-They have very high value of calories which can cause severe stomach problems.
3-It have high cholesterol which lead to the heart-attack.
4-It can cause digestive problems
5-It can also cause diabetes.
