DIWALI

One of the important Hindu festivals is Diwali. According to the Hindu calendar, Diwali begins from the 28th day of Ashwin.

It symbolizes the victory of good over evil. Diwali is the festival of lights. We light up our houses with Diyas in this festival.

We distribute sweets to our neighbours, relatives and friends. We also decorate our houses with electric bulb and flowers. Making rangoli on Diwali is also fun.
