Human birth is the supreme birth on the Earth. Conduct refers to the way in which a person behaves. Conduct is something which defines an individual. Public conduct refers to the way in which an individual behaves in the presence of others, or in short, in public. Disorderly conduct is a situation where a person disturbs others by behaving in an unruly way. To be drunk in public, to loiter aimlessly, to harass others , to destroy public property are all examples of disorderly conduct or improper public conduct. The way we behave will reflect our character and good public conduct stands testimony for this. Giving equal respect to all, behaving in a dignified way , trying to stop vandalism are all examples of the deeds that a person with good public conduct would do.

PUBLIC CONDUCT refers to the art of delivering ourselves in front of audience or gathered people, etc. It also refers to the art of using language in a presentable manner so that the thinking and views of people are not affected. It is quiet different from private conversation as we have to conduct ourselves in front of audience composed of - say general people, students, workers, etc.
The way we present ourselves should be extremely decent, respectful maintaining our personality, poise and with total self-confidence with no words of arrogance, hatred or vulgarism.
