Teachers would set a good example to students by her deeds one example is what a hundred lectures and so instead of giving children long sermons on punctuality honesty and hard work, she would herself put students into practice their virtues even she would be prompt and punctual herself. She would teach sincerely. she would help the weaker students with their studies before or after school hours. Her method is the classroom would be not to teach but to help the students learn. She would take personal interest in their problems and inspire them through love , sympathy and encouragement She would carefully plan lessons and present them in a lively way so that pupils would develop genuine interest in learning. She would go through the notebooks of her students carefully and make encouraging remarks for their improvement . She would encourage her students to participate in many activities as possible. This would help develop their latent talent . She would spend all her career acquiring as much knowledge as she could, so that her students would find learning as enjoyable and interesting as it could be .
