Our goals can be short or long. short term goals like getting 80 percent marks In examination or winning first prize in debate or competition. long term goals like being topper in class. We should not select long terms straight away for example if you are getting only 60 or 50 percent marks in examination you should not think to get 90 or 95 percent straight away, first you should select your short term goals
