No, because students will be distracted. Cell phones should not be allowed in schools because if thestudents get bored, they might usethem to play games or do other activities that distract their attention from learning. In case of family emergency, the teachers have a cellphone and the parents could call them.

here's my vision for this question

in my opinion a student may or may not use mobiles. if the student think that it distracts him or her he must not use it. But for some enjoyment or in free time we may use mobile but not adicted to it. we should search for facts,
watch educational videos etc.
