Colonies should not be developed at any cost because it resultantly creates majority. It won’t reflect democracy in the country. It will be the part of centralization. Decentralization policies will be vanished. However, colonies are desirable for easy movements of goods and service between two countries.

Political parties believed that mission of advanced economy of the Europe are to modernize the backward economies of the world.  Whether colonies should be developed or not is purely based on the philosophies of the political parties.
