In this case, Hiware Bazar started its watershed development program in 1992. The community brought about changes as the villagers made efforts in building trenches, contours on the hills, etc.

This community program is one which has shown success in the past 20 years. Maybe one of the reasons for such success is that, they are the true stakeholders of this program which is why they care too much. Such a caring is what led them to continue to be successful in their strict observation for rules.
