Answer:

Firstly you should always finish class 9 NCERT books and then some basic books which everyone knows(RS Aggarwal,RD Sharma,S Chand, etc).

For IIT Foundation,

Maths-Pearson and S Chand's IIT foundation mathematics.

Physics-Pearson and Numerical and Objective in physics by Stalin Malhotra

Chemistry-Pearson

These books are best suited for competitive exams like NTSE,JEE,etc.

(For physics solve the two book simultaneously like if you completed motion in pearson then move on to Stalin Malhotra as it would increase your problem solving skills and for maths firstly do NCERT,then RS Aggarwal and them some selected question from RD Sharma as it contains a lot of question and then move on to pearson and after that S Chand's maths as it contains question directly from IIT,CAT,etc. For chemistry do NCERT (duh!) And then you should study pearson as it contains topics from class 11 ,so you should also download class 11 NCERT chemistry books as it would help you very much as both books are sufficient for class 9th preparation and you would also understand it.Also Pearson's book have been revised very thoroughly so there should be sufficient topics with ample amount of problem and if you find any difficulty in solving it there's a Facebook page for that where TIME posts question for every day and then answers them after that)

Hope it's help you........
