Windows is user friendly. depends on your work also I mean if you want to use iOs app development then mac is good but it's really up to you that for what purpose you want to use. Windows is used by many people because it is user friendly, most of people will suggest Linux. but try Mac. :) .Because Microsoft application like VS code you can also use in Mac but swift you can't use in Windows. take Mac. :).
