From my point of view India should spend a large aount of money on Science and technology as:-
* As we are one of the youngest nations who growing at a very good rate moreover, we are also counted in developing nations of the world.
* We were the first country to go on the mars in the first attempt.
* We are set to be the youngest country in the world by 2020 which will provide a great boost to our economy.
