no justice should not be tempered with mercy or law....... we have given our own rights we should follow them and also follow the rules of constitution......
we can show our mercy to the poor but if they are criminal we shouldn't show it......
cause humanity comes first.....

Justice should never be tempered with mercy. Law is made keeping in mind justice and equality.
Every decision maker or judge should approach a case with terms of law because law is not biased as per personal opinion and not swayed by the expressions or situation of a person, whereas mercy can soften the process.
