yes it's totally true that people or parents should not give mobile phones with child before 18 years old . if the children it is in the school or somewhere else or a playground or in the home alone he or she can do such things which is abusive manner. foursome mobile phone is blessing but for most mobile phone is a boon .
its or it's also sometimes moon for them as if mobile is with them they can do so many things for example if you are alone they can go and follow someone sites which are not good for them . if they will follow or like that face they can or may be in trouble .
