we should help a person who is in need because he is in the situation even he cannot do his own work.
if we helping him , he lifelong remembers us .
that gives a great sympathy to us.

If we can nd a if a person really needs a help then we should obviously help a needy.
But the first condition is to find out if a person really can't do his work and asking for help. For examples there are few people who used to beg on roadside, people usually thought of helping them by giving money. But actually if we thought carefully then we should not give them money and even we should encourage them to earn some by their own, this would call a real help.
Thus according to me if a person cannot do anything then we should help him but if there is a way he could manage to do his work himself then we should encourage him to do that himself.
Helping others makes us feel good.
