Two lines are in-consistent

Step-by-step explanation:

Given linear equations are

2y – x = 9 ---- (1)

6y – 3x = 21 ---- (2)

The above linear equations cannot be solved algebraically.

Co-ordinates for equation 1 will be (-9, 0), (11/2, 2), (6, 3), (13/2, 4).

Co-ordinates for equation 2 will be (21/6, 0), (-5 , 1), (-3, 2), (-1, 3).

We find that the two lines when plotted on the graph will never intersect. So there are in-consistent. Hence there is no solution.
