Before Albert could use the hard procured medical certificate for nervous breakdown to get a long leave from the school, Mr. Braun had already set the Headmaster against Albert by complaining against him. Before Albert could get a chance to go to the headmaster with his medical certificate, he was called in the office and asked to leave the school on his own accord. So Albert did not need to use the certificate. He was expelled from the school.
