Distance Formula

→ √[(x₂ - x₁)² + (y₂ - y₁)²]

Solution

AB → √[(3 - 1)² + (- 1 - 3)²] = √20

BC → √[(3 + 5)² + (- 1 + 5)²] = √80

CA → √[(1 + 5)² + (3 + 5)²] = 10

What a right (∆) have?

H² = B² + P²

→ 10² = √80² + √20²

→ 100 = 80 + 20

→ 100 = 100

L.H.S = R.H.S

Yes, these coordinates form right traingle (∆).
