Step-by-step explanation:

Rationalising factor of 3-√8 is 3+√8

Rationalising factor of√8-√7 is √8+√7

and so on

1/(3-√8)×3+√8/3+√8=3+√8

1/√8-√7=√8+√7 and so on

1/(3-√8)-1/√8-√7)+1/(√7-√6)-1/√6-√5)+1/√5-2)

=3+√8-√8-√7+√7+√6-√6-√5+√5+2

=3+2

=5
