acc to first law anything is in motion and in rest it will be continuously in motion and in rest respectively until or unless we not applied an external force on it.
acc to second law
linear momentum of a body is directly proportional to allied force
in both conditions object not move without force and it is also true the body move at that rate of your applied force.
