2(3)3-(3)2-13(3)-6 = 2(27)-9-39-6

=54-54= 0

therefore 3 is a zero of the polynomial.if 3 is a zero then (x-3) is a factor.

we have to divide 2x3-x2-13x-6 by (x-3)

Hope its help you dear
