Hey!!!

Let 5√3 be a Rational number "a"

Therefore,

5√3 = a

√3 =

 \frac{a}{5}

since, a & 5 are rational numbers.

therefore,

 \frac{a}{5}

= Rational number

But, √3 = Irrational number

=> Irrational number = Rational number

This is not possible.

Our assumption is false.

Therefore,

5√3 is an irrational number.
