It depends on nature of force.

1. The force of gravity depends on mass hence acceleration becomes independent of it. It means two bodies dropped from a height will have same acceleration irrespective their masses.

2. If the same constant force acts on two objects of different masses then the one having higher mass will have less acceleration.

3. In case of force applied by the sun on the planets force is proportional to mass so acceleration becomes independent of mass, but depends on the distance of planet from the sun.
