show that every positive even integers is in the form to put in and that every positive odd integer is of the form to N + 1 when n is some integer

According to the question
we can assume some of the even integers like 2 , 4 , 6 ......
substituting in the given N+1
if N = 2
2+1=3 (it is a odd number)
if N=4
4+1=5(it is a odd number)
if N=6
6+1=7 (it is a odd number)
.........so on if we add even integers to 1 we can only get odd number
Hence proved
