Hello friend, Here is your answer,

As we know, function is only differentiable when function is continuous
But in this case [x] is not continuous at all the integers eg at x= 1,2,3,.....
so function [x] is not differentiable at integer, but it can be differentiable be (0,1),(1,2)......
