Now squaring on both the sides

(root 2 +root 3 ) square =(a)square /(b)square

(5+2root6)=a square /b square

(2 root 6)=a/b-5

However ,2root6 be a irrational number

a square /b square -5 ..which is a contradiction

therfore. ..root 2+ root 3 is irrational number
