Please take a look at the adjoined picture. I think your problem cannot be proved. In my opinion, for any given point, you cannot prove it. But you can show that, sec^2 theta - tan^2 theta = 1 [which I did on the diagram] (for the point P)
Also, you can prove that, Sec^2 theta / Tan^2 theta = Cosec^2 theta. (for the point P)
But, I think you cannot prove that question...
