Explanation

LHS=  \sqrt{ {x}^{p - q} }  \times  \sqrt{ {x}^{q - r} }  \times  \sqrt{ {x}^{r - p} }  \\  =  \sqrt{ {x}^{p - q + q - r + r - p} }  \\  =  \sqrt{ {x}^{0} }  \\  =  \sqrt{1}  \\  = 1 \\  = RHS
