midpoints of a quadrilateral are equal if they are parallel

midpoint=(x1+x2/2,y1+y2/2)

let us take the points ofA and C

=(-2+6/2,-4+4/2)

=(2,0)

next we will take the points of B and D

midpoint=(x1+x2/2,y1+y2/2)

=(5-1/2,-1+1/2)

=(2,0)

midpoint of AC and BD are equal and hence it is parallel.
