slope of line AB =6-(-2)/3-1 = 8/2 = 4

slope of line CD =2-10/3-5 = -8/-2 = 4

hence, ABIICD , Similarly prove ADIIBC

since ABIICD & ADIIBC

hence given vertices are of a parallelogram
