Show that the points A(1, 0), B(5, 3), C(2, 7) and D(- 2, 4) are the vertices of a rhombus.

The midpoint of diagonal AC is (1+2/2 , 0+7/2) = (3/2,7/2)

The midpoint of diagonal BD is (5-2/2 , 3+4/2) = (3/2,7/2)

The diagonals AC and BD bisect each other ⇒ ABCD is a rhombus
