here I will just give u hint fr ur ...doubt....!!
so here just use distance frmula.,
√(x2-x1) + (y2-y1)
let the give point
p(0,5)=(x1,y1)
Q(6,2)=(x2,y2)
R(3,5)=(x3,y3)
S(-3,-1)=(x4,y4)
now u can do the further..... ...
just put this value in distance formula....
at first find PQ,QR,RS,PS.then,PR and QS.
if PQ=QR=RS=PS are equal and PR=QS are equal then the vertices are of rectangle
