x2 - 5x + 6

=x2 - 2x - 3x +6

=x(x-2) - 3 (x-2)

=(x-3)(x-2)

so, (x-2) is a factor of x2-5x+6

by splitting Middle term we have to solve this question :

x2 - 5x +6

x2 -2x - 3x + 6= 0

x(x-2) - 3(x-2) = 0

So , the factors are (x-2) (x-3) are the solution or factors.
