Hey Friend,

Here is ur answer

Tropical grasslands, or savannas, are also the homes of primates in Africa and Asia; no savanna-living primates exist in South America. Tropical grasslands comprise a mixture of trees and grasses, the proportion of trees to grass varying directly with the rainfall.

As one moves away from the equator region, the annual rainfall decreases. These tropical and subtropical regions have a rainly season in which grasses grow, followed by a long dry period. These regions of tall grasses and scattered shrubs and trees are called tropical grasslands. Such grasslands are called found in South America, central Africa, South Asia and northern Australia. In general, these grasslands are called savanna. They are known as llanos in Venezuela and campos in Brazil.
