First find volume of original cube.

 = ( {a})^{3}  \\  \\  =  {(4)}^{3}  \\  \\  = 64 { \: m}^{3}

Now, find new cube :-

Sise of new cube is doubled than older cube.

 = 4 \times 2 \\  \\  = 8 \: m

Volume :-

 = {(a)}^{3}  \\  \\  =  {(8)}^{  3}  \\  \\  = 512 { \: m}^{3}

Now divide :-

 =   \frac{512}{64}  \\  \\  = 8 \: times
