Let the sides be 2x, 3x & 4x.

Perimeter of triangle = sum of all sides

2x + 3x + 4x = 90

9x = 90

x = 10

Sides = 20m, 30m & 40m

Area = √ p ( p − a ) ( p − b ) ( p − c )

where p is half the perimeter

Area = √45(45-20)(45-30)(45-40)

= √45×25×15×5

= √3×3×5×5×5×5×3×5

= 3×5×5×√15

= 75√15 m²
