Given :-

The ratio of length and breadth of the given rectangle is 12:5

Let the length and breadth be 5x and 4x .

perimeter of the rectangle = 2 (length + breadth)
=>34=2(17x)
=>17=17x
=>1=x

Length =5x=5×1=5cm
Breadth =12x=12×1=12cm

area =l×b
=>5×12=60cm^2
