Here, we have to use the rule of pythagoran theorem.

Sum of the squares of two least numbers given is equal to the square of the highest number.

That is:

a^2+b^2=c^2

9^2+40^2=41^2

81+1600=1681

1681 =1681

Hence proved by Pythagorean theorem

: therefore,it means that triangle with 9cm,40cm and 41cm is a right angled triangle as proved by Pythagorean theorem.
