Answer:

President Joseph Estrada depicts a unique picture in the Philippine history.

He may have achieved some, but the mark that he seems has left was quite not worth remembering and discussing. Without trying to be disrespectful of his position as the former president, may I mention that the story he left behind for most of the Filipino to remember is "corruption".

The Estrada Administration entails not only him as the president but also includes the people under him. How the different departments turned out

( Education, Health, Agriculture, Finance, Environment, Labor and Employment, Justice, Science and Technology, Tourism and Transportation ) would always reflect how he has been as the president of the Philippines. Without exaggeration or prejudice, he failed on a tremendous level.
